Coming in at 20th place is a player that you would not expect. Despite being the most prolific match thread poster for the Demons over the last few seasons, good old Callums generally keeps a relatively low profile. He even stayed in his own match threads this season...until Round Six. In Round Six @Callum_Guns decided to Gatecrash all five of the match threads that he didn't belong in for a total of 14 posts. After being tagged into a discussion in the GUM/FUR thread about HSP sauces by SFA rodent Chipmunk, Callums then came to the realisation that he needed to wish everyone a Happy Fathers Day in their respective match threads. He then decided that the LVB/ESH thread would be a good place to have a discussion with Chipmunk about cricket despite not even being tagged in.

Callums now had the taste for Gatecrashing threads, so in Round 7 he popped up uninvited into the DRA/LVB thread under the guise of looking for U2tigers and lost Demons posters, and had a in-depth chat with Test Tickle about showers. In Round 8, he decided that he'd Gatecrash the LVB/CIW thread to harass harry000 and U2tigers about an avatar bet, and then hung around like a bad smell. There was more unwanted love from Callum in Round 9, as CB spammed up 11 posts in the LVB/BOM thread as his continued his rucking crusade against U2tigers, and then hung around to make even more of a nuisance of himself.

The warning signs are there. Callums_Guns is a Gatecrasher on the rise.

One thing I took into consideration when compiling this data set was Match Thread Authors. After some thought I decided to let it ride, as surely five OPs beyond their own match thread would be insignificant in the scheme of things. How wrong I was. What I didn't comprehend is that somebody would be so desperate to leave their scent on other match threads that they'd not only volunteer to do it in two rounds, but they'd also hang around for a chat in all those threads on the Monday evening. That person: The Half Back.

Halfy started off by authoring the Round 2 match thread OPs - an admirable task as Ant Bear was struggling for volunteers. But he could not resist the urge to respond to a Grand Uncle Horace tag in the LVB/WON thread, and he had to go into defense mode in the DRA/CIW thread after TheInjuryFactory called him out on an error in the OP.

However, if these were his only Gatecrashing offences he would be nowhere near this list. No - The Half Back decided that he wanted more glory, so responded to AB's call to arms by also authoring the Round 8 match thread OPs too. Now five non-Fury OPs should mean just five extra posts, yes? No, Halfy hung around like a bad smell and spewed out 14 posts across the five match threads, including several later in the week as he returned to the GCR/ESH thread to throw some unprompted barbs at Kapow!!! and eth-dog.

The Half Back didn't limit his Gatecrashing to his authored match threads though. He also turned up with six posts in the Round 3 BOM/DRA thread to preach about multi-quoting and to admonish NaturalDisaster for doing a little Gatecrashing himself. Hypocritical? Most certainly - but not entirely uncalled for. Halfy also made a prolonged cameo in the Round 5 WON/BOM thread to gloat over his victory against Wayne after being tagged into the thread by miggs.

So once again, The Half Back suffered in a similar way to manangatang in that he was penalised for other endeavors across the SFA. Ultimately though, he needs to show more restraint after posting those OPs. The lure of the Gatecrash is just so strong.

I've never hidden my love for the Dragons, but unfortunately they have thrown that love back in my face with constant disrespect. It's the reason I left the club, twice.

Now here is a bloke who was flying under the radar as a Gatecrasher until just recently. Although his abilities had been on show across the first two rounds with appearances in six of the first ten possible threads to crash, TJASTA seemed to have repented his Gatecrashing ways for a few rounds...until Round 8 when NaturalDisaster tagging him into the LVB/CIW match thread. So began a slew of 24 posts as TJ abused every innocent poster who dared engage him. ND, Genghis Tron, guero, MWPP, TheInjuryFactory; nobody was safe from this enraged Gatecrasher. After an initial burst it appeared that TJASTA was satisfied with the destruction caused, but no: he returned later in the week to spam the absolute shit out of a YouTube video about dinosaur noises. This was Gatecrashing of the highest order.

Other Gatecrashing antics committed by TJASTA include randomly tagging WaynesWorld19 in every Round 1 match thread, an argument with Mobbs and TedDougChris about Tittybong Cup entrant criteria, threats of physical violence to poor cooney in the Round 2 GUM/DEM thread, and most concerningly: a breach of the Geneva Protocol as he threatened biological warfare against poor serial_thrilla in the Round 7 DRA/LVB match thread.

Be wary about tagging this Gatecrasher into your match thread. Things can escalate rather quickly.
