To be fair Jabba73 - I only used the word "desperate" once in my recruitment PMs. (It didn't work anyway - that's why I stopped)

Was I being dishonest by omission ? What's our legal situation / exposure here if this blows up in our faces ?

I do agree with Greenery however that there is still time to get rid of the OOBs and go back to a 12 team comp and be rid of The Bye.

I believe in the "Last in. First out." principle. It's the fairest way. Admit the mistake, fix it and move on.

These other "troubled candidates" you speak of could be "reinvigorated" by having first dibs at the OOBs list.

Any half decent Admin in any fantasy league would pull the pin on them right now. I know they won the flag in S35.

The alternative is a "Reverse Order Of Merit" process which, trust me, you don't want to go there.
It would blow up the SFA - that would be the end of it. Otherwise you in get a 14th team made up from random BF accounts
without their knowledge - call them the Zombies ? and use ChatGTP to do the bantering for them ? Would be a seriously
competitive qooty team I reckon.

Official off season rankings are IN. Although there is some conjecture about the success of the Dragons and Old Balls as both have listed fumbler on their lists. As it is yet to be determined who he actually plays for, I have included him for both lists and therefore this will change for at least one team.

The joint winners of the off season are the Bombers and Dragons who both did well in the recruitment front. At the other end of the scale, The Swamprats and Phoenix both had dismal off seasons, losing far too many players and not bringing enough back in the door.

How did your team fare? PASS or FAIL? I'll let you be the judge.
