Pretty good game and HP too clean. Didn’t help BR that Dobson went off 30 secs in and Dalton before half time.

Black Rock dominated the 1st half... roughly 3 goals up half time ..
Good ... no Great !! spray by the coach at halftime and big turn a round after that...

a guy did go off very early with what looked to be a shoulder or collar bone injury. not sure who it was but he looked in a pretty bad way. black rock looked very good early. HP lifted in second half to get the points but BR never stopped.

No wonder Black Rock shat the bed in the second half, Dobson & Dalton are up there with there best players. HP counting there lucky stars!!
Good to see the Clays being very competitive on Anzac Day, big turnaround from there round 1 effort.

I think Clayton still have a lot of improvement left in them too. Only had 17 players on field basically the whole last quarter and and no one fit on the bench either due to multiple injuries. Byron Hoe to play his 1st game for Clayton this week as well.

Anybody on here give Clayton a chance at all this coming weekend against Hampton Park ? Seems to have gone very quiet on the bagging of Dipper now that Clayton are showing signs of improving as well.
Clayton have done exceptionally well to turn around there season after round 1. Tipping a much more competitive outing against HP, wouldn't go as far as saying they could knock them off though.
What is the go with BR thought they were a genuine contender this year?
