Autopsy Should Adam Kingsley be in hotseat?

Still too early to put the heat on Kingsley, however GWS is in danger of not grabbing a premiership during a successful era. Have now played finals in 7 of the last 9 years with only 1 Grand Final appearance and no silverware.

Brisbane is also in a similar position - 6 consecutive finals appearances with only 1 Grand Final (so far).

He's definitely not in the hot seat, but I did really question the tactic on Saturday night to put the cue in the rack by chipping it around with 15 minutes to go in the last quarter.

It spawned a negative mindset that lost us the game in a position that we should never have lost from.

Who are the other coaches at GWS? A senior coach is only as good as his assistants. Not absolving Kingsley of what was a clusterfck over the last couple of weeks. It will take more than one man though to learn how to see games through to the end.
