Nothing more needs to be said. The ultimate human and a phenomenal player. A nicer guy you couldn't meet, a ferocious competitor and the ultimate club man. Glad we're keeping him around.

It is the right call to finish, but geez, talk about being hit in the feels. Feel worse about this than when Bob finished up.

Go well, Moz.

Forever a legend and champion of our club.

A humble bloke whose career started from humble beginnings.

Not only a premiership player, one who will always be remembered in football folklore for his tackle on Buddy, playing with a broken back mind you.

If he has any interest would love to see him remain at the club in a coaching capacity.

Congratulations Dale on a phenomenal career

Dale will always be in my top 5 favourite Bulldogs. I had the pleasure of being his golf partner for a day a couple of years ago prior to the start of the 2018 season and I’ll never forget that day. Driving around a golf course for 4.5 hours with one of my heroes and a legend of the club. He was so generous with his time and telling all the stories of his time in the AFL, all the key moments in the 2016 finals series and the Grandfinal. It was honestly a money can’t buy experience. One of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet and one of the most honest, reliable, courageous players to ever pull on an Bulldogs jumper.

Congratulations Dale on an amazing career. You go out a Premiership Star, All Australian, Bulldogs champion and acknowledged as one of the toughest most courageous defenders in AFL history.

No superlatives will ever be enough for Moz. The fact that he could tag Andrew McLeod and play on everyone from Nick Riewoldt to Eddie Betts in defense says it all about on the on field side. So glad that it looks like we'll be keeping him around in some off field capacity, think it's very important that we do.

Moz is the last link to that wonderful team we had in the late naughties that made 3 prelims. The last vestige of a bygone era.

Always been my favourite. Why? No flash, no sizzle. He was just there. Reliable. Honest. Selfless. A true leader.

What I wouldn't give for a young Moz now.

Dale Morris to me personifies what we love our Bulldog heroes to be.

Just rewatched the big Buddy tackle in the GF. What I love most is the spoil he makes just before it. He's playing with a broken back and you can see he lands in real pain, but Buddy would've been off so Dale finds a way to go again when almost nobody else could have, that's the stuff of legends

Will be much missed and never forgotten. Hope the club finds a role for him in some capacity.

All the best Dale.
