Surely we get to see Chesser, even if it’s in the last few rounds. Did he break his ankle or something? I’ve never heard of a single ankle injury keep someone out for the whole season.
Missing a large part of 3 years can’t be good for his development

I am with you on this. Haven't heard any details on the ankle injury. What exactly is it, why is it so severe?

I remember Mark Duffield saying it was quite bad and could keep him out till July or August.

We might see him at AFL level in the last few rounds, but we’d need to make another player inactive to transfer him back to the main list.

The WAFL season will run for another month or so after the AFL season ends, so good chance we see him return through there in August/September.

Although, I wouldn’t be that surprised if we just play it safe and rule him out for the entire season, and try get him 100% fit for Day 1 of pre-season.

Horses for courses of course, and who knows what the club is thinking, but surely with the amount of footy that Chesser has missed over the last few years any game time that they can get into him would be a plus.

It’s bad but not a season long injury. Club wanted to pick a few SSP players and needed to move couple on to the inactive list to make that happen. Both him and cole were medium to long term injuries

Worst supporter engagement of any club in the country. For the biggest club in the land that’s not a good look. Basically saying we’ve got your money anyway so we don’t have to worry about the extra stuff when we should be spoiled for information and choice with the amount of money and resources we provide to the club.

It really is godawful.

Good on Miguel for whining like a little so and so on Twitter.

I've heard it is his accelerator pedal ankle. Caused severe damage having the the pedal to the floor in his attempt to break the land speed record for driving across the Nullarbor.

OSCAR Allen's looming return has been delayed with West Coast offering no timeline as it opts for a "conservative approach" with the injured young key forward.

Lol ffs....
