If I remember correctly, the first game played under the Skilled Stadium banner was against St Kilda in 2002 - around a twenty goal win with six to Lord and five to Riccardi.

But yes agreed, it was a bit embarrassing early on.

It would be nice to not have to need a naming rights agreement though.

Agreed, I like Kardinia Park, always have. always will.

Yep that was it. At the very least it's nice to have stability of the name.

It's good while we're up top, but could become a rather large millstone if we slip! I worked with some 'Skilled' staff a while back and without being too unkind you might say they didn't exactly represent the company .
