he is really not one of the boys the story goes.

i hope rance gets the nod as he has leadership written all over him and it would free up cotch as the media commitments are not his thing.

The team selection for our last final against north smacked of over confidence with the in's.
When it was named I thought this is not good, they have gotten ahead of themselves and the rest as they say..... is history.

Team selection & strategy on the day was amateurish at best. He should have been sacked that evening!

Kid had the potential to be a star inside mid with some polish on the outside, but instead gets all his growth and potential flushed down the shitter stuck at half back playing lock down roles to "learn the game".

It was the last game of the season and against quality opposition. They threw in the towel. Pretty sure they were more concerned about plans for that weekend than anything else.

Selections - Vickery constantly picked, Rioli (statically one of the worst players for the year) always picked, Morris in 2015. Not playing Tucky & Foley. Numerous VFL players not given a decent run when they deserved it. Overall playing favourites, not based on merit. The North EF.

Positions - Jack playing up the ground, Morris in the forward line, Vlastuin in the backline, Chaplin in the forward line.

Game style - So many things. But overall no where near good enough to win finals.

Press Conferences - lol.

Players aren't dumb, our best players would be just as frustrated with the person who makes the above decisions as much as the fans are. And they would want success just like the fans. They would see everything that we see and probably even more.

I liked young Rioli's year ED. Sure he was physically out of his depth, but loved how he cracked in. Showed more in a year than our prior 2x first rounders combined so far.

Couldn't agree more with this assessment, too much does DH play guys out of position , Tigga at half back, he's an inside mid, Jack on a wing he's won two coleman medals, Ty at Full Forward he was a ruckman at u/18 level, Dusty at half back, does not lose a one on one inside fifty, played Griff at CHB for three years when hes clearly a CHF, and it goes on and on and on, i really want to support the club to the hilt but i'm finding it more and more difficult.

Was in a waiting room today and they had the Herald-Sun in there, so I read it. There was a bit about Jake King....apparently Dimma was scared that Kingy was going to beat him up after getting dropped, so he hid from him. That's embarrassing if true and hard to imagine how the players could have any respect for him after that.
