I made the same comment when the theme was announced. I guess some enjoy playlists filled with speedily Googled nominations, but I'd rather people be able to nominate hidden gems that they love and want to share with the contest.
Because we tend to get plenty of "hidden gems" from open song contest playlists. I found plenty from this one. Usually add maybe 1-2 tracks to my playlists. This round I added about half a dozen.

The host gave my votes a like. From this I think we can infer that my votes were perfect (aside from the fact that I can't give myself a 5) and my song was also by far the best on a very strong playlist.

The host gave my botes a WOW along with a "probably deserves a DQ". From this I think we can infer that he was mildly annoyed I gave them in Esperanto and in a form that could not be copy/pasted.

This is almost word for word what I was going to say.

Perhaps I should write it in Esperanto.

so they wouldn't be stuck with Portuguese
What the. Had I known this was an issue for people I would have gladly taken the hit and nommed from this pool. Sooooo much good Brazilian music.
