I don't think Is This It had any real filler, it was pretty much the perfect debut and still holds up well today. Room on Fire was a good follow-up and Last Impressions was a great singles album but contained a lot of filler.

I don't own Is This It but I own First Impressions of Earth and it starts off with three killer singles and then it drops off pretty badly after that.

There is a big difference between their best songs and their worst.
