Very unfair judgements I thought. Group classes are also a gym workout. My song easily fits with mat piilates and my gym program. I could never go to a gym that plays blaring pump up music.
But nor would I diss those that like 'pump up' music. I find it off-putting at a gym for myself. So I thought carefully about my choice.
