I’m already big and strong listening to techno and occasionally country.Mine is the song you actually listen to when going to the gym. At least if you want to get big, and get strong.
So if I did yoga or Pilates at the gym what music would be appropriate?ANgry music is good for the gym. Rap is good for the lyrics. Get you pumped up.

Nah! That’s cool when you explain it. Sometime songs need the explanations bc we definitely don’t all think alike bc to me… gym music is loud thumping music that should match the heart rate but as you just said your pick was more a mental song… however.. I took the theme as what you’d expect to be played in the gym scenario! That was mine and as stated before was the soundtrack for my recent chess win, so it was great for my (mental) workout.
I apologise for trying to put some of myself into my noms and will aim to nom generic stuff in future.

Hey! I’ve ****ed up the Theme up before lol
Whoever brought Electric Callboy into my life…. Thank you! I love that craziness lol
Did they make your muscle grow bigggggg or your mindOh yeah, you can absolutely judge against how you perceive the theme. But respect the nommers for giving their interpretation, and ask the host if you think someone is giving a nom which is just against the theme.
I’ve voted for them before. Not this time though, I liked it but found 5 other songs
Did they make your muscle grow bigggggg or your mind
Yeah No! I am un-medicated ADHD… I’ve already lost concentration on our table and my eyes and mind have ventured elsewhere…. I can’t sit still for more than 5 minutesThe grandmaster diet: How to lose weight while barely moving
You wouldn't think that chess players, who sit for hours on end and extend their arms only from time to time, would struggle with weight loss. But they do. Inside the very real, very bizarre metabolic phenomenon gripping chess.www.espn.co.uk
I don’t buy it but do think it’s funny
No issue there at all. Im sure demure has the first song. Appropriate for pole dancing. So if I did yoga or Pilates at the gym what music would be appropriate?

I love techno! Could listen to all day! The old stuff I mean.Yeah. I'm pale and skinny but at least I don't have to listen to rap or techno.
Yep.I was in my early 20s and a bit pudgy when I decided to do something about it and go to the gym for the first time. I went with my housemate, who would go daily, to walk me through a good routine.
He did not take into account that I would be on a different level to me, basically gave an intensive workout. I threw out my back and was basically bed ridden, barely able to walk for the next week and a half. It was over five years until I went to a gym again.
Point is, let people tackle the gym at their own pace and comfort level - including the music intensity they want!
Spewing I missed this round
Ahh yes.... votesI’m really looking forward to your votes to see what you consider to be good gym music, you’ve bigged it up so much that it had better be good
