What if the single was the originally published form and the album version is an entirely different recording?

I’ll accept different versions of a song. The spirit of this is don’t nom something that’s got shit added to it for the music video -

Like the car noises at 2:30 in this song i previously nommed (I didn’t use this vid)-



And I’ve griped before about not being able to find a normal version of this song -

Apparently it is, I don’t know the original so there will be an element of trust here but I’d certainly have believed that those car noises were part of the song.
