I don't know how ur justifying it as being a disgrace that Canterbury aren't in the finals IF they fail this week? Surely it would be their own fault for losing games earlier in the season in which they SHOULD have won!

Mr Akermanis, I'm pretty sure that's what he meant. No team can blame anyone but themselves for missing out on finals. Digrace being that Canterbury have the talent there to be in the finals, just don't put it together all the time.

Went and watched the mighty Tigers do a job on Hawthorn and the might cobras do the same to the Mountain cats.

The games were played very simalar Hawethorns undispline play cost them dearly when it counted all ways going to buddy and playing for them selfs they wont win the flag if they continue to play like that.

Saturdays game was the same the might cobras struck like a bolt outa the blu mounts undisipline play also cost them dearly they never manned up any one it was like a teddy bears picnic out there crash bang wallop we go Mount will not win another game for the year they got no BALLS too many individules.

The kid shouldn't have been put in that position and at 14 to be umpiring such an important game by himself is a massive oversight by the SFL. And have a look at it from our point of view mate.... it didn't look great going to the canteen afterwards, thats all i am getting at

You idoit smuu, what bloody difference does it make if he's serving food after the game. If you had such a problem with it then maybe you should have provided your own umpire to help the kid out. He's been doing a great job all year, and i'd probably rate him as one of the better umpires i've seen this year (seniors inculded). You seem to be the first person to have complaints about him. Get over it, mt were better on the day and if you don't make finals because of the loss then you weren't good enough this year. If your good enough you'll win next week and you can try to redeem yourself in the finals.

Wouldn't worry me at all to see a club provided umpire in the canteen, so i'm sorry, your point of view doesn't hold up with me here. At least we agree about the lack of thinking from SFL on umpire planning.

natter is a great full back, but i think the least rowley has kicked all year in a game is two so you'd have to back him in for it, and if we can keep him to two you go a long way to winning the game.

Seen sssssslllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmm johnston around the st kilda area too. Think it was cushion or traffic where had a chat to him and his very friendly mate magic mike. Good fella that mike.
Rowley to get the ton this week but i'd run out with a hot dog. Pies don't do it for him! You'll quite often find big red hoeing down a couple of weiners before a game, matter of fact i think magic mike does the same.
