Agreed. The prequels must have really sucked the life out of some people. Each to their own I can't see how some people can call this the best Star Wars movie or a ''classic''.
Because somebody liked a film more than you, they have had the life sucked out of them ? Jeez !
More trying to work out how anybody could actually think TFA is better than the new hope or the other two originals.
That would be a reasonable question. I was a kid in primary school when the original came out. One of the greatest days of my life when I saw it. The other 2 sequels, I enjoyed a lot, but they never thrilled me in the way the original did. The prequels were dreadful and could of turned me off Star Wars for life, but the Good v Evil, Light v Dark dynamics were re captured in this latest film. I was excited at the movies in the same way that I was back in 1977.
It is a great action flick full of the things that made the originals great.

I thought it was better than RoTJ (easily the weakest of the original trilogy).
