Surely green top left, white sash and red bottom right could work?

I suppose so, unless the club is adamant that they want to keep the red with a blue sash

Err... it's not teasing. West Perth actually still play for the Garlic Munchers Cup. I'd never heard of it before and it sounds semi-derogatory, surprised it's still around
The first Garlic Munchers Cup was actually last year I'm pretty sure

Wow that's very rude. Anyway apologies guys.

Like calling West Australians sand gropers or South Australians Crow Eaters?
Well it's not exactly a politically correct name for a cup though is it?

No. I'm saying calling some one a garlic muncher is an offence.

That's different. This is just people in general.
West Perth have been nicknamed that for a long time now...

From what I have seen it was a name given to the West Perth side in the 1950s when Don Marinko junior and his brother Ray would be followed to the game by the market Gardening community.

Just waiting for the Sandn.............. cup and the Curry Munchers cup too... really?
Yeah nah. Garlic Munchers has been claimed much like wog. It's a term of endearment and unity used specifically by the group it would offend if any. It's a bit different to that whole Redskins thing in the US. Curry muncher is just heinous

I think what Volta is trying to get at is, it is in a way, slightly racist. Like calling Native Americans "redskins" or as Australians used to call Aboriginal people, "Blacky". It's meant as a term of endearment, yes. But the connotations behind such a phrase are actually racist

Sorry for bumping, but does anyone have photos of what Central Districts old clash jumper used to look like? I'm talking about the white version of their current home.

Thanks in advance.
I can't find any either...I THINK it was a white base, with the hoops going red-blue-white-red-blue-white-red IIRC (I doubt I recalled it correctly...)
