I got off the plane and into a taxi in Antananarivo last week and my taxi driver was wearing an old red green and white Fremantle Docker beanie. I just assumed a disgruntled Freo fan hurled it into the Indian Ocean in the late-90's and it washed up on his beach in Madagascar thereafter and he's been putting it to good use ever since.

Not a jumper but I was recently in Prague and came across a shop selling AFL babushka dolls.
I didn't buy the Dogs one because Griffen was on the outside but bought a mate a North one as I couldn't get over that the outside doll was of Sam Gibson.

I was walking by the river in Paris after leaving the Louvre, all of a sudden thought I was in the Cappuccino Strip – some bloke with one of those now-becoming-iconic Freo caps was walking past! I gave him a "Go Freo!" and he seemed completely confused, then he quickly goes "****, forgot I was in Paris!"

Four or five years ago I saw a guy wearing a Pies jumper on Madison Ave in New York. I greeted him with the universal salute (Go Pies) and we chatted for about 10 minutes about the pending game, which was against Freo (we lost). He was an ex-pat Aussie, and his wife had just brought him over a brand shiny new jumper which he couldn't wait to wear.

Similar, sort of- I was wondering around being a tourist in South Philadelphia two years ago and saw someone across the street wearing an Adelaide jumper.
Don't know what the person's story was but it was a very random location to see it.
