If only we had polls in these threads so we could see what people think.Chiefs will blast the Niners in this. Won't be close at all.
I used to do SB polls for a variety of things. Hopefully the mods get something similar up.....winner, first score type, and all those sorts of things....see older SB threadsIf only we had polls in these threads so we could see what people think.

Kelce had 11 receptions today. Thats b2b weeks that teams have let him loose. Pretty insane given the blueprint of the season was stop Kelce at all cost, let anyone else beat you but him and you are a very good chance vs the Chiefs. Would be interested to know if the Chiefs have done anything different to get him loose or if the Bills and Ravens were just arrogant enough to think what they had done up til then was going to be good enough and they didnt need to stop him.
The Chiefs lost 3 games over a 4 week period in December to the Packers, Bills and Raiders. I thought their season was pretty much done, yet they squeaked out an average win over the Bengals and turned their season around. They look like they've found a gear and now control games on both sides of the ball.As I said somewhere else. Chiefs might be cringe, but can't deny the greatness of Mahomes, Reid, and other top players like Jones, Snead, etc.
They deserve another to be here. They had hardly any WRs, scratched out wins thru the season, and showed up the theory they can't win playoff games away from home by beating up two formidable opponents on their home turf.
I'll probably want the Chiefs to win, because they're legitimately the best. Top dogs who keep coming up against challengers and winning. Can't deny them that.
Just hope the officials stay out of it and let what may be be.
I know teams were tripling him in games this year when he was going thru his "slump" and the frustration/hissy fits followed. Havent seen it the past two weeks, I tend to lean to it being that rather than Kelce being out of juice, in which case it blows my mind, just make anyone else beat you. Kelce retiring would be a massive blow even if he was slowing down, hard to replace anyone who has a connection with Mahomes like Kelce does, in big games and moments, that rapport is so key for them. It’ll be interesting to see what the 49ers do, although they didn’t seem to have any ability to adjust to Detroit’s offense for a large part of the game. I’m not sure Wilks v Reid is a fair fight tbh.
On Kelce, if I had to guess it’d be that he’s almost out of juice and wasn’t great week to week but has managed to get himself ready to play at a decent level the last two weeks - for at least some of the game(s). It’s not sustainable, and wouldn’t be surprised to hear he retires after this run, but two weeks off will give him the time to be ready to go again.
That said, I agree with what you’ve said above. Let Rice, MVS and whoever else beat you in the passing game - if they do then fair play. But take away Kelce at all costs.
I have no faith in the 49ers defense - they were deplorable in that first half.
It is all scripted for aChiefsSwifties win.....
Just play him as situation pass rusher in superbowl
