Jake Lloyd will hit 250 games at our first game this season.

It's a long time between now and March, so nothing's guaranteed until it happens, but I'm told the Rolling Stones, Metallica and Paul McCartney will be performing pre-game to commemorate this milestone.

Gulden and Paps interviewed at the cricket. Errol spoke about that they reviewed the GF hard and of making amends for last year. Both look in good spirits.

Disclaimer: that interview did not define them
I mustn't be as over the GF as I thought I was, as as soon as I saw them on the screen I smashed the heck out of the mute button on my remote control!

Footy expert Andrew Gaze.
It was Josh Jenkins who did the segment...who I often cannot stand listening to...
But I thought it was spot on.

If this group can overcome... It will be one of the biggest sporting comebacks.

Like many on here I am scarred badly enough to even get myself back to supporting.. I will admire any wins they have this year as I can't imagine how they will keep mentally up.

What gives me the tiniest bit of hope is some of the previous premiers,.. and even though their humiliation wasnt as final...or Grand final !
Richmond, Geelong and Brisbane all had some horrid experiences in September for years in varying degrees.

Here's hoping our boys experience serves them as well 🤞🤞🤞

We and Essendon seem to have the most players with 50-100 games experience. Our list of players in this range includes: Amartey, Campbell, Francis, Gulden, Hamling, Ladhams, McDonald, McInerney, McLean, Melican, Paton, Chad, Wicks. I think this is important because this is the stage of their careers that players are primed to 'breakout' which suggests to me that we have a more than average amount of upside. It's most obvious with players like Gulden and Chad who have already broken out but players like McInerney, McDonald, Amartey and Campbell could potentially improve substantially and help lift the team.
