“With the naked eye it did seem that he did touch something, so I don’t know how the umpires want to use the technology.
“But in all fairness I think he did touch the ball, but again look it is about the technology, which we all know is not 100 per cent. We don’t want to look really too much into that.
“But again it is just that we are more often than not we are the ones falling on the wrong side of it.
“It has been happening since India, so that’s where I feel we have been a little unfortunate.”

DRS says inconclusive umpires call out - umpires are cheating
DRS says you're out, but Umpires says you're not out - India is being cheated by 3rd umpire
No where in the rules does it say all those DRS elements have to all be available for a batsman to be given out.
The only really question I have on this dismissal was where was hot spot?
Edit: I just read that India refuse to allow hot spot being used. Funny that considering if it was used and it showed the ball didnt hit the bat he would of being given not out, something tells me though we would have seen a white spot appear on the top of the bat and glove.

i think it can be frustrating, as umpire calls, like we saw throughout this test, can “rob” you of chances. the DRS is important as it removes any doubt from those 50/50 chances that are too close to call.

The DRS is pretty black and white, sounds like India are blaming the umpires in a backhanded way because they lost.
