You really must have limited experience.

Every leader is different and some of the best stay calm and assess the situation and react effectively in much higher pressure environments.

You must not watch much footy. Clarkson is the master coach and he has smashed phones and punched holes in walls. Hardly the signs of a person in control.
Some remain calm and dispassionate but many don't. . Just give the fans a break.
