I was running with some current Olympic marathon runners last week. And one of them turned to me when talking about African altitude training. He goes, you don’t even need to go that far. You can just go to Falls.

I learned a lot about altitude during my course which was coincidentally during the Scott era. Must have been 2011-2012, when I did placement there.

I even asked the conditioning team what they were looking for from the trips. And they said they were looking for collective improvements by the whole team collective over progressive years.

Meanwhile Clarkson and the Hawks were going to Falls…

Really it’s pretty tragic two dudes out of their depth one thinks he’s an academic and the other is some tosser whos wife got near strangled by Bruce Lewis. Thats Bryce Lewis the actor, he played a few roles over the years.That’s a sub plot fyi.
The main actor Brad takes some getting use to, seems to have excuse after excuse but sees easy fixes.
I recommend not watching it unless you’ve a strong hatred of *. Then go for it, probably pick up some vas and tissues to help you enjoy it .

Bill Collins gives it five stars. It’s a train wreck but impossible to look away
