Back a few weeks ago, the young fella from Barny(Laracy I think)that was hurt at Sweethearts, hows his progress? Hope things are fine.

Shane is coming along quite well. Showing his face around the footy club which is a big boost for the boys. Doubtful that he will play footy again this year at least. Good kid who loves his footy and the club who was playing good footy before the d**khead down the street decided to king-hit a kid, typical p**sweak act from a coward.

Can anybody shed some light on a word I heard Today about a certain pub owner and a Thurgoona official coming to blows this week. This is all I have been told but we can only assume it was something to do with the Kinross.

Is there still been some bad blood between these two parties becasue if this is true the next match between The Dogs and Mitta should be worth watching.

GF, it has become quite evident in the first half of the season that all clubs are out to win games and not square the ledger for Pre-season mishaps, back-stabs, lies and betrayals committed by certain players.
for example, Mitta/Thurgoona- nothing untoward happened there, Mitta/Kiewa-no bloodshed either. as much as we would all like to see a bit of "evening-up" for some of these things that have happened, it is just not going to happen. The umpires are sending blokes off for the smallest reasons (eg one last week for palming off to the face, unintentionally I might add) and clubs just can't risk blokes sittin on the pine.heaven forbid a punch is thrown, most umpires would shit themselves. I will however, be front row if the Grand Final is Mitta v Kiewa or Thurgoona though!

Mitta to beat DMB by 38 points, Conway not playing, still waiting for his teammates to get him into the finals.
Barny to beat Chiltern by 46 pts, Tiger machine looking dangerous.

From Assumption College (where I'm told only legends come from), good junior footballer, from Lavington last year and can't seem to crack a senior game out at Barny. The kid going downhill or just struggling this year? He would have gone to you blokes with good wraps given duthcy Holland coached him at Burija.

No conway this week but I did notice that craig macmillan is back. Is eligable for the over 50's but has decided to return for a crack at 4. Handy pickup. Any others from other clubs, usually is this time of year.

He is a handy 2nds footballer , cant seem to find it in the 1's

Aaron's relationship with the Umpires went downhill like Michael Milton soon after Damien Pattison thought Aaron threatened him at Mt Beauty that day. I was not present after the game but heard Aaron did tell the Umpires from the game that they should "get to training this week and learn how to do their job". That comment apparently followed a comment from one of the Umpires saying to Aaron "that was stupid doing that and getting sent off" (referring to his send-off for a palm to the face) In regards to Scooter Fraser being investigated, I don't know what about, but he does like to advise the men in Orange on their performances from time to time. If any one else made a comment I wonder if they would be investigated? Sounds like a storm in a tea-cup!

Yack will be out to beat the Doggies this week, made more special for all 4 Roberts brothers lining up in the Seniors. These kids can play! Josh, Kyle, Beau and Ethan, check 'em out!

What about The Franzinator? He's just a machine alltogether. Whether it be tackling or kicking. Not hand-balling coz The Franzinator don't know how to do that. I'm not even sure what a hand-ball is??????

yeh dave was outstanding for the dogs. middle toon (ben) only played his 3rd game for the year as he was away overseas for the start of the year so will get better. has played for nsw so got some talent. injury list continues to grow for yack but must say that the young blokes playing seniors for yack were pretty good, one of the roberts (#20) especially plus whats in the 3rds so some good signs ahead you would think!

The Robbins brothers are certainly well known in the Tallangatta league, thats for sure, can play.

well what did i say about barny's backline!!!! it looks like they couldn't handle andrews and co. maybe had there legs ran out at training during the week??? Went and watched saints v tallangatta I would have to say one of the scrappest games of footy i have ever seen. Tallangatta looked very old and the saints looked poor.I did notice an assitant coach wearing the worst hat or what ever it was....how could his team take him serious...Did notice a few good signs for tallangatta in number 19,49 and mac guire that's about it....Anyway the finals seem not that far away and teams are starting to show there good form.
