I'm a doofus - Tarrant gets 2 for hitting Graham

Tarrant gets 2 weeks.

The Pies fans absolutely livid on the main board. They think they have been screwed by the AFL, with talk of setting up a Super League, and court action, etc.

Cast our minds back to the injustices we have had to live through over the years, beginning with Todd Curley last year, and it all seems like a laugh to me.

Does anyone care to drag up that list of "Firsts" that the Doggies players are famous for? Just for my perverse pleasure, of course.
This will amuse me as an alternative tositting through the predicatable first hour of Eddie's ranting on Thursday night.

Sorry, my brain is now in first gear. Hadn't been listening or watching any of the media. Just picked up on a little on the main board. Thanks, PC.

Still funny to watch 'em get worked up, though.

Tarrent didn't get two weeks for colliding with an Umpire, he got two weeks for hitting Graham ;)

That WCE prick is up for umpire bashing :p

So can I. Now you can see where my confusion over the charges comes from. Here's a thread of some 1800 views, 180 replies, and barely one of them actually states what Tarrant was done for. The rest is personal abuse. I may have a look at the Pies board just to amuse myself, though.

I should have saved myself the time and read the paper, LOL.

They ARE a bit upset, aren't they? As others have pointed out, I don't know that they have had our grief at the Tribunal in recent years.

Mind you, I can understand if they'r still upset over the Matera/Lockyer incident.

Maybe we could join the Pies and other clubs in a class action against the
AFL / Tribunal. And give Granty his friggin Brownlow, you cheats!! They should've taken the AwFuL to court on that - there's still time though........

Stuff Tarrant he deserved two weeks, Matera should never have played against us and if he does`nt get at least six weeks for the umpire incident, i`ll meet you all at AFL headquarters with guns a blazing and we`ll find Grants Brownlow.
