May be our biggest improver this season. He said recently he has never felt better in his body and the way he is covering the ground and he attributed this to sharing the load with Tommy Mitchell. I have never seen Adams kick so well before. His goals have been phenomenal- one from outside 50 went through and sailed on over the ump's head. His snap from the dish off from McStay was also a beauty and went through post high. Everything he is doing is more explosive. He delivered a glorious pass as he burst from the centre when in the past he would have grubbed it or kicked it over his teammates head nine out of ten times.

Never thought he’d be a goalkicker. Still have my doubts if he can maintain it but his forward craft over the past two weeks has been sensational.

He's not as spent having to do all the hard work as before.
Works the other way around as well with Tom getting a breather.

It’s amazing how skilful players become when they aren’t forced to hack it out of contests in a hurry.

He looks to be in brilliant condition physically. Similar to Mihocek, I think being smashed less each week thanks to McStay and Mitchell respectively is already helping a lot.

It wasn’t a great days work from him and it was bad timing with Lipinski inching closer. I think he knows he’s under the pump and is trying to do too much. He can definitely add something as the season progresses, but I’m starting to get O’Bree/ Lockyer in 2010 vibes from him.
