Sounds like Bucks and Treloar are Big Fans of Tay

its worked out well.. the amt of hrs and days our recruitment team spend on these trades is unbelievable.. it can look like we just go ahead and say.. 'hey just give us varcoe'.. but its far more complex and time consuming than that. I think we actually bluffed brisabane into giving us crisp to be quite honest.. keeping in mind the above.
Don't know about the others but Melbourne will find a way to stuff it upGWS Brisbane and Adelade/Melbourne did well out of us in the Howe/Aish/Treloar trades
Adams is at the club now, will be a jet. Hes exactly what we needed with Ball at the end (and now retired) Its pointless working out what he cost except to say he'll be a ten year player and that youngsters like Scharenburg were pencilled in to replace Shaw. Its Sharenburgs injury that has been the disappointment, not Shaws departure. Shit happens.
We all love Heater and would have him back tomorrow. There comes a point where you shouldnt have to put up with his shit any more and that point came. Whether Buckley made the right or wrong call is irrelevant. We got decent trade value. Without Adams at the club we'd be in an even deeper hole in the future.
Being a recent knocker of Adams' game and in particular his decision making I can safely say the kid is improving. His best game for the club and the best thing about him which we witnessed tonight is his leadership. The kid threw his body on the line and instigated a few big plays for us down the track tonight.
At a boy keep going along Taylor Adams, you're winning me over very impressed after tonight!
If we did a team of the last 40 years Heath Shaw would be the 1st backman picked. And i agree.. its actually quite pointless arguing.. its all done now. Heath is gone and Adams is here. We cannot change it. I hope i am wrong cos i want the Pies to win more than anything. but i am not optimistic
I agree he should've won - he was fantastic.
Bang on.He's come a long way. Still got aspects to work on, such as his kicking... One of the few players with leadership material. Which is important right now.
Pandit extra likes for the Bears being owned by us.Taylor Adams for Heath Shaw, wow what a trade. Clubs should try and trade with us, it usually turns out to a win, win. Except for the Bears, we own them at the trade table.
I think that his kicking has always been good, however at AFL level he has rushed it, gone for to much or had some poor vision. He has certainly always had the potential to be a good kick.I thought I'd give this a bump.
It's amazing how far his kicking has come in the past 18 months. Maybe all those posters who thought that with more experience it would improve were right .
