Is the ABCDE thing just an urban myth or are there really that many people named that? I genuinely find it hard to believe, it seems like it's bordering on phenomena now.
The Births Registry has the ability to reject names does it not? If so, their powers need to be widened to save kids from their parents stupidity - should be an established set of names (there's plenty enough reasonable names out there) with an accepted spelling allowing for the fact that some names can be reasonably spelt in more than one way (Stephen/Steven, Ashley/Ashleigh etc) but **** of with Jaxxxxon and the likes

Given how awful the naming of children has become it's probably a good thing the NBA isn't as widely telecast as it used to be.
