I find it hilarious that Port supporters are trying to play up the owner as an innocent victim. The reality is that he's using player names, without obtaining any approval, as a cheap promotional tool to increase sales.

Ultimately if Boak is happy for him to do it that's up to him, but legally the owner of the bar can be legally liabile for using using a name or likeness to promote their product without permission.

Honestly I think this is driven by Roo because of their business interest at the Alma, but regardless the owner of the bar is an absolute dill for doing it in the first place without gaining their permission first.

To be honest, I am guessing this has been done under direction from Ricciuto due to their ownership of the Alma which also has a Walker burger.

The fact still remains that the owner of Jack Ruby has been negligent by not getting permission prior to using others for promotional purposes and is hardly a victim. It's a storm in a teacup, he's only received a standard cease and desist notice it's not like he's having legal action taken against him or anything.
