Hold up, so Arsenal fans actually think Koscielny is actually Arsenal/Premier league quality?

Can I just ask, what brings you to say this when Carroll hasn't even played a minute for us? Also what's wrong with Johnson at left back? 4 clean sheets in a row with him there, seems to be a massive problem

And to answer your question, Torres would be more of a waste of money as he cost 15 million more and is 4 years younger then Judas.

Just wait until he's fit. You don't pay 35m for a player with poor technical skill. He can't create his own goals and he had to rely on delivery a lot at Newcastle, something he won't get a lot of at Liverpool, especially with Glen Johnson at left back, where he can't cross for squat.

35m for Carroll pretty much made Mark Viduka the most underrated player ever.

You cant get either of them.

Villareal are not broke, so Rossi doesn't have to be sold, unless you bid 50m for him.

Llorente will not join Spurs, not in 1,000,000 years.

I'd rather have faith in our management. We went for Rossi in the January window and if we think we still have a shot, I'll remain slightly optimistic.

To be honest, I'll be happy with anyone better than our current crop.

Hes fine for a young developing 4th choice CB I think which is essentially meant to be his role. Its just the injury to TV that has given him such overexposure to date. With Mahmadouh Sakho likely to sign for Arsenal it will give them Sakho Vermaelen with Djourou and Koscienly in reserve, A good mix IMO

Once again check the statistics of a Djourou Koscienly partnership. Please don't comment on anything relating to arsenal when you have no understanding of your own club anyway.

Didn't Arsenal make a pathetic bid for him in January? IIRC it was around 10-12m.

That is the most over-exaggerated post i have ever read on this board.

His over-priced yes, though it was a panic buy, and a smart one at that with the fair play rule coming.

He can't create his own goals but every striker needs service, his poor technical skills are made up for his strength and aerial presence which is a complete weapon, we have Suarez for the technical skills and i'm not saying he'll live up to the price tag but i think his going to prove a lot of people wrong, and your basing Glenn Johnson as the only player who's going to cross the ball to him, his still going to get 'Newcastle' rated quality delivery at Liverpool.

****ing twat.

Martin Skrtel must be a Goddess everyone!

Plays great with Daniel Agger!

Just check his stats bro!

The Squillaci-Koscielny is the vulernable CB partnership for Arsenal, isn't it?

Yep

Nah think that was BS. He did come out in January and say in the summer hes seeking a move "hopefully to England". Arsenal would be the only real candidates I would of thought. Maybe Man City too. Will cost like 15 mill I think

He was a supposed replacement for Torres, which is baffling because they're completely different players.

and here's the problem, believe it or not, your mob's delivery of the ball is inferior to Newcastle's. Players like Lucas and Meireles don't have top quality delivery so that leaves Gerrard, who is starting to get on and is getting injured a lot more nowadays.

Oh, and calm down. No need to get upset over the internet.

Speaking of blackburn it is a disgrace that samba still plays there. Can't believe we have never bid for him.

Torres who? Doesn't mean his a replacement? This is Kenny making his mark on the team, do you want us to only buy a player exactly like Torres, who knows he could be better than Torres, we haven't seen him play, so don't judge the quality his getting when he hasn't played a game!

I still stand by my theory that the only reason Liverpool bought Carroll was because

a) he was there
b) they wanted to spend NESV money before the new rules come in
c) to appease the fans

I think talent/contribution to overall team was very low on the list when deciding what to do. It was a panic buy and most panic buys occur in this form.

Bidding someone near what we want will probably help you get him. ;)

Why does Carroll have to replace Torres?

Why does Carroll have to replace Torres?
Our old formation was built specifically for Torres and so now that we have different personel our formation will be changed accordingly. Its not that big a problem that Carroll doesn't play like Torres does.

Why do you guys pick on him? Cmon guys he is an easy target. You guys can do better.

Come at me instead:cool:

Actually i bet you all love me too much:D

I would but I'm afraid you might find my facebook. ;)

Could GrandBlue be more of an idiot?

You're an idiot, actually.

IIRC Man United have a sell on clause dont they Jollo

Again, why exactaly would the Manure buy another striker?

Javier Hernandez can't get a game there so you'd think they're covered there for now, whereas their best central midfielder is 36 years old.
