I’d be happy for the SFS to just have four panelists next year (TJ, Browny, Llordo and Damo).
I don’t think Isaac Smith or Stevie J are strong enough to be permanent replacements.

Stevie J is great on radio , very good analysist and explains things in a way that's easy to understand .
If he doesn't mind the camera he will be a very good addition .
Wouldn't be opposed to Isaac Smith being a permanent panellist.

Given the panel has been the same (albeit Billy left a few years ago) for quite a few years now, I wouldn't be surprised if there's an overhaul of sorts.
Wouldn't rule out Llordo leaving and just staying on Footy Classified. He has had a few Sundays off to watch his kids play sport etc. so who knows, he might be ready to move on.
Could TJ be moved on so Nathan Brown can get the hosting role he's desired for so long?
If I had to take a guess, I'd say the only ones who are a guarantee to return are Damo and Nathan.

I'd say they can get by with Chompers, Browny, Llordo and Damo and that's it. Isaac Smith will need to get off the fence and have an opinion if he's going to be a weekly panellist. Steve Johnson could do OK.
It seems as though Barrett genuinely gets shitty when Chompers impersonates him. I didn't think he was such a precious flog

It would be the death knell if Brown takes over.
Highly overrated - his whole persona exudes sly and fakeness.
Add to that the stupid deep voice he puts on when calling games - instant channel changer.
Then there's Sportsbet. Like Dale Thomas at Ch7, being a 'face' for a gambling company is a turn-off as well.

Eddie McGuire ruins another show that didn't need fixing by making it all about himself. This isn't even "The Footy Show" tonight.
Most surprising is that, if I were running a charity, McGuire is one of the last people I would want fronting or involved with my charity given his history of charity directorship and using charities to feather his family's nest.

I only watched the first hour before I switched over to The Front Bar, Eddie was unbearable even for one hour let alone three.
Why does the show run for 2 hours. They only talk football for about 15 minutes, the rest is palpable nonsense.

It's worse during finals as there are less games to talk about so they talk more nonsense to fill the time.
Sad day for The Sunday Footy Show. The combination of Cornes, Lloyd, Barrett, Brown and Jones hasn’t and won’t be equalled.

The more I think about it, I reckon Zach Tuohy would be a masterstroke. Can do fun and serious and is a natural in the media.
