Yep. Very high risk. When it comes off it looks great however the law of averages will essentially catch up. Can’t bat so one dimensionally and expect it to pay off everytime.

Warner and Sehwag would disagree with that. Chris Gayle is another. All 3 were high octane openers almost all the time.

A 19yo has got under the skin of a whole team. While they're worrying about Konstas Australia are focused on trying to win the series. Play on imo.

I don't know why Konstas's age is relevant to him getting under the Indians' skin.

The pearl clutching from some saying he shouldn't do it because he's 19 is just nonsense. By the same token other people implying the Indians can't return serve because of his age is also bull dung. He's an adult and in the Test team.

I back him to do his thing even if he hadn't made that half century last week. Of course if he keeps getting out cheaply while being a mini-Warner with his mouth the Aussie public will turn on him quickly.
