Hypothetically, If the back doors are disabled fron the inside then only way out without going through a window (perhaps disabled also) is through the front doors. If the driver was exiting the vehicle then that could be the time to try and get out, through the already opened drivers door, if caught in the attempt... the drivers door becomes a murder weapon...

Omg I had though a very similar thing that he repeatedly slammed the door against the head of victim attempting escape.

Angry red bull , re door burial,

"both were in agreement that the vehicle had a driver's door that was a different colour from the rest of the vehicle"

"Police were unable to locate the suspect's car at the time, and the murders remained unsolved. Brown, who matched the suspect's description and owned a blue Vauxhall Victor with an odd coloured drivers door, was never a suspect in the original police investigation. The evidence given by Thwaite and Lunney, who identified the car as a Vauxhall, was rejected as unreliable solely due to the belief held by police that the car was a Holden"

"Brown had replaced the odd-coloured door from his Vauxhall Victor, buried it, then later dug it up and took it to the rubbish tip, explaining to his family he did it because he didn't want anyone interviewing or annoying him"

Thanks for that. My apologies. I didn't realize full story

maybe the kids were not taken by pedophiles, maybe they were taken by someone they knew well that was some sort of religious nut, doomsday prepper etc who wanted to 'save' them - I mean, that is quite possible, isn't it?
That isn't as crazy as it sounds Viv, remember that guy in Facebook, I can't remember his name, but he's been saying for years that someone took the kids for religious reasons?
He has dozens of news paper clippings, things iv'e never seen before about the children, he's never changed his story.
He 'thinks' that the children went to play on Milton* street, which is where a lot of children went to play while waiting for their bus to arrive, and there is or was a church there and they took them..

Not sure of the name*

Just because his story has been consistent doesn't make him right. Just because virtually everyone has obsessively focused on identakit man doesn't make us right either. It's possible identakit man simply wasn't involved and the real peril came immediately afterwards. Possible though less likely.

There is a school on Milton that runs right through to High st where there is a Catholic church at its rear. Seems both existed before 1966. Perhaps that is where the buses stopped?......at that school? There is a basketball court there (unsure if was there at the time). Perhaps that is where they played within eyesight of the buses that stop there and waited to recommence their route. Most bus routes have a midpoint where buses stop and switch off engine to allow lunch, break etc.

Oh I realise that just because a person has been consistent doesn't make it right.
I just figured i'd put that in after what Tues said, her and I are in all the same groups on FB..

When I lived there the bus stopped in front of Wenzels bakery, i'd never heard of children playing on Milton while waiting for their bus.
But i'm guessing it's feasible for the drivers to stop and have lunch..

For some reason, the Jehovah's Witnesses were the possible abductees. I was told this by a man who lived in Adelaide as a kid and knew the Beaumont children. He is no longer living in Australia. I only have his email address, and we have never met each other, only emailed each other once.

I wish he'd give you more on it..

Here is a news paper from a few days after the kidnapping..

Thanks for that. Always good to get an article at the time because it tends to be free of pollution that manifests over time a real problem with this case. Seem to recall one poster that said the direction they were walking when seen was all wrong for the afternoon. Not sure when or how HE resolved his dilemma of when he saw them but attach an article

Some people were saying that how could Jane have called out "there's the postie" when the children were normally at
school when he came, but they forget that it was school holidays so they would probably have seen him at least once
a day and on Saturdays. So of course they would have known each other well enough to wave and say hello!

Although i'm a member of the authors FB page I haven't read any of their books.
The new one has just been released and The Satin Man came out twice with corrections, or
updates and more information, in the second book.
Their group is pretty popular and I think iv'e just about learnt everything that is in the new
book in there so I don't need to buy it, that's my mentality anyway LOL..
The name of the new book is the same name as the FB page and even though they do have
some valid points in there, they also have some pretty out there comments that are silly, for want
of another word..

I have the first release of the Satin Man and also Michael Madigan's EXCELLENT book titled 'The Missing Beaumont Children, 50 years of misery' and highly recommend people sourcing a copy from a second hand bookstore and reading it. i won't lend it to anyone because I have had 2 books vanish after being silly enough to lend them to people I only know from a group :(

I was being bombarded on FB by the authors of this book via sponsored ads. I looked at their page a few times but it disappeared a few weeks ago. I just checked and it's still gone. I've read both books and was unimpressed and unconvinced.

Is it 'Unmasking the killer of the Beaumont children' ? I can see it.

Well there you go, looks like l've been blocked!
🤣 🤣 l know a number of people who have disagreed with the writers' theories and were subsequently blocked. I spoke to one this morning and he also appears blocked as of a week ago when he last commented.

So much for authenticity on the part of the authors when only positive comments are allowed. What a really tacky way to sell a book!

We can keep you updated if anything interesting comes out.

This five days ago, if true it might be slightly.

The strongest clue has to be the man the kids were seen with. He clearly befriended them or groomed them. it's virtually impossible that he can't have known they were searching for this man so becomes self incriminating he didn't come forward. Is the identakit an image of Phipps? In my opinion no.

I admit I bought into the possibility back when the digs happened. ........graves which were actually pits for BBQ waste. That was a dead end as we all know.

Phipps was a well known local so he isn't going to be grooming the kids at the beach. Major major risk. I don't think Phipps is even a pedophile.

Hard to be too critical of anyone making an effort to solve this case but it must fit factual evidence witness accounts and profile. I don't think it does.

The thing is, how do we know that the children those people saw with the man were actually the Beaumont children.
We don't, they could quite easily have been some innocent family playing.
I know that if that was the fact you would think those people would contact the police and say it was them playing under the sprinklers, but didn't say a word, or did and the police have never told us!

"And a pie for the man" .....the staff knew the kids. So they were with a man.

Then you have the fact that identakit man was likened to the Adelaide oval case image which has been identified as a known pedophile and psychopath using identification software . Ie you work backward to say the man was likely an adductor and killer so improves the probability that the person seen with them was the offender
