Laneway bishes could be yours and at the very least you'll be able to perform the manouver only known as 'Slippin the Gus'.

Get in bachelors of Adelaide!

Couldn't find the Little Moments of Win thread so I'll put it here.

You know that episode of HIMYM where Ted and Barney can't get into a nightclub with their dates because there's already too many girls and people are going to start thinking its a lesbian bar? Well, that was what happened to me last night. I was at First Floor on Brunswick St, after the footy to pick up my girlfriend who had been out for dinner with her friends. There was about 8 of them, a gay guy and me (they're all nurses), only ones in there for awhile, then next thing, the place has about forty girls and about 5 guys.

While there were a few ugmoes (including this disgusting bride-to-be on her hens night; hope she doesn't post here) but the rest were pretty much 7, 8 and 9/10s. I was just dumbstruck. Was texting all my mates telling them to come down, I couldn't believe it and thought I was dreaming.

Left at 1am once I realised there wasn't a fire exit.

Of all the times to have a girlfriend.

Hey BF lads, had this woman I was keen on about a year ago. Things didn't work out wasn't ever in much of a situation when I was able to try anything, couple of other scenarios ****ed shit up. Anyway hardly spoke to her for 6 months. Anyway considering having another crack, whats everyone thoughts?

Will be hard, but if you play your cards right I'm sure you could make it work. This time don't let it just slide away though.

OK, so I am a chicky and looking for some advice.

I've been 18 for a couple of months and been going out pretty regularly. I usually come home with a couple of numbers, however I am a horrible texter and usually lose guys from here on. I understand that we all discard people later, I do that too, but yeah, when is the best time to text someone after a night?

Next day would be best. Just something like "hey, remember me from last night, blah blah, how'd you pull up this morning?"

Don't send more than three texts before calling though.

I wouldn't think too much into the whole "when to text, when not to text".

From my experience, if you're feeling it and want to send a text message - go for it! Personally, i've always preferred calls (females seem to appreciate them more), however my fiance has always been a huge fan of texting.

I wouldn't worry about being a "bad texter" either. All you need to send is something basic like, "I really enjoyed dancing/talking to you the other night, are you free this week to catch-up for a coffee?" or "last night was heaps of fun, I would love to do it again soon when you're available"?

Try not to over-analyse, a lot of your problems will be solved through your own experiences. Just go out there and have fun!
