Enjoying it.
Who doesnt like a teenage cyborg scooter gang? Boomers clearly
I'm Gen X and they looked lame as ****.
Rest of the episode was good though.

I'm loving the show but I'd like them to bridge the gap between "Most feared bad ass Bounty Hunter in the galaxy" to "crime lord with moral code that wants to rule with respect".
I hope all the Disney shows don't wimp out on showing us some ruthless badassery.
We mock George for not understanding his own character with Han shot first, but that's the exact kind of move Disney would have made.
I guess it made some sense in Mando, seeing as he formed a bond and begun to feel compassion toward the baby Yoda, but for all his 'I can bring you in warm or I can bring you in cold' he never really brings anyone in cold to my memory, he shoots in self defence only.
I think choosing to throw Boba across the room, rather than just kill him, stood out to everyone.I know. I think I admitted that.
The other option would be to have Boba in his armour able to absorb the attacks, like Mando and the death troopers.
In general what I described is most noticeable in some things that are male vs female, the fight scenes are sometimes less rough with less punches and kicks and more throwing/pushing. I don't know. It could be a physical thing with actors not specialising in stunt work. It could be not wanting to be excessively violent toward a woman (ironic discussion here considering Temura's acting history).
Just to me, and I admitted that it could only be me and I don't expect anyone to agree, I immediately found it not that engaging because of what was happening. It was another immersion breaker personally.
Other enjoyed it, happy for them. I said why I didn't, was asked to elaborate, so I did. And I maybe I enjoyed elaborating on it a little.
On to episode 4.

It's Boba as a child, a warrior and a leader. 3 main Tuskans - 3 aspects of Boba's life.Isn't that what the whole Tusken Raiders flash backs have been about?
Luke going beserker at the sarlacc in Jedi should have been one of the more gore filled scenes in TV, but obviously they can't do that. There was a scene in the last episode in a flashback where someone was putting a stormtrooper helmet on a spike as Bobba rode in on a banther. It was pretty clear the head was still in the helmet. I thought that was pretty badass. The train heist was also badass. There doesn't have to be blood and gore and swear words for it to be badass.
Agree, but none of that is Boba. There was a scene in the last episode in a flashback where someone was putting a stormtrooper helmet on a spike as Bobba rode in on a banther. It wouldn't even have to be gory, as lightsabers do not cause much bleeding.Luke going beserker at the sarlacc in Jedi should have been one of the more gore filled scenes in TV, but obviously they can't do that.
For that scene the lightsaber was a stun baton.
Agree. A lightsaber would cauterize a wound, so there'd be very little blood. And blasters tend to cause internal injuries rather than external ones.It wouldn't even have to be gory, as lightsabers do not cause much bleeding.

Strangely though there's blood from a lightsaber in Star Wars and Episode 1.Agree. A lightsaber would cauterize a wound, so there'd be very little blood. And blasters tend to cause internal injuries rather than external ones.

Dreams or flashbacks?
I took them as flashbacks as to what happened after he climbed out of the Pit?
The bottom of the screen there's a blood splash when Obi cuts Maul in half in episode 1, blink and you'll miss it but it's there.Yes there was a little pool of blood in the Cantina scene/rumble with Obi-Wan in ANH, next to the dismembered arm on the floor.

Common movie trope.
I know my dreams aren't flashbacks. Are yours?
