The dogs have been doing it for years and do it far more than most. Half of libba's disposals would be throws - He is a dirty cheat just like his old man.

A lot of players throw when they have no other option eg the hand is pinned. Dogs just throw it at will to get the ball away quicker when they are clearly capable of handballing (eg not even being tackled). There's a very clear difference between prolific throwing / cheating and the occasional throw when your arms pinned.
Doesn’t that say more about the umpiring?

Oh, of course!

oh no ugh GIF by NASCAR on NBC

Supporter who supports a team with Zorko and a racist coach calling other teams dirty cheats.

And probably unable to see the irony

All teams do it. The Dogs just do it far more than anyone else.

Bevo realised the AFL are useless and dont want stoppages so are ok with throws if it keeps the ball moving. Its a smart tactic.

Every club should do it then force the AFL to direct the umpires to stop it. It is blatant, brazen and consistent. And a blight on the game.

Its similar to Travel in the NBA. Players now routinely take 4 or 5 steps, sometimes more, sometimes even stop bouncing and then start again. Its ludicrous and more and more fans are sick of it.

Your timely whinging is noted

Joey pointed it out. He likes Hawthorn but I dont think he is a supporter.

If the Dogs get pinged a dozen times this weekend will you be declaring it a conspiracy?
I don't claim conspiracies. I'm not a Richmond supporter.

are you one of those who stupidly think the dogs are favoured by the umpires? Maybe you should look at the freekick ladder for this year and then look down the bottom.

Montagna is a complete flog, you have less credibility for listening to him

The point was someone said that the Dogs threw a lot so I replied saying another side also threw a lot this round. You then said lots of teams do it, to which I suggested that doesn't make it ok, to which you had a bit of a meltdown.
Seems a lot of dogs supporters immediately attack the man rather than the subject, at least in this thread.

I think the lesson here is Treloar needs to get way better at his throws. At least the others attempt to disguise it. He learnt his trade at Collingwood, so probably understandable he thinks he can get away with a lot more.

Even Cripps got pinged twice on the weekend. The Age of the Thrower may be coming to an end !

Most weeks I catch about 20 throws from each team, and they are often more obvious and deliberate than ones people point out in dogs games.
People hyper fixate on the dogs because of the 2016 handball club publicity but it's just a plague across the whole league.

I've seen the dogs do gridiron throws a few times this year it's been blatant, and they haven't been called

LOL

Every other team is worse than the worst team.
