I started the thread, and 92 pages later I still don't know why the Bulldogs get such an enormous advantage from umpiring.
We know they don't give away a lot of Free Kicks. And we know they get alot of Free Kicks, what we don't know, you brain surgeon, is why.
That's what this thread is about. FFS.

I reckon a good 90% of the posts in this thread are dogs supporters telling us there's nothing to see here. I've crunched the numbers. Don't quote me.
Yeah they all exaggerated and should be penalised by the MRP. That will stamp out staging and exaggerating, and in turn that will stop umps having to determine whether the freekick was there or not based on exagerations. It's a win win.
Sometimes in these situations the freekick is actually there. The exaggerating is the issue that needs stamping out

Undoubtedly, along with a couple of other clubs, who seem to attract no criticism.
It’s more the couple of hysterical posters insinuating that there’s some grand conspiracy in place to look after the Dogs, but can’t articulate why that would be the case.
Oh I agree regarding the conspiracy issue,
FWIW I think Footscray are EXTREMELY well-trained, nee The Best at manoeuvring their bodies at contests to draw frees, its not playing for frees, or even ducking, its positioning themselves to increase the chances of a free in a situation where the ball is still in dispute, Weightman let the cat out of the bag this week on SEN
