If they get a dream run with injuries the Dockers WILL WIN THE 2015 FLAG.
McPharlin and Johnson cost them last year.
But injuries to any of their top 6 players and the Dockers cant win.
Rossy Lyon invests EVERYTHING in his top 6.
The words 'squad' and 'depth' are not in his vocabulary.
That's because he had no depth at the Saints.

Just waiting for the "Ross doesn't develop yoof posts".

And it will be most boring premiership of all time.

Winning with a choke style opening half blitz of pressure that is as fierce as any in AFL history is "boring"?

So funny coming from Sydney supporter. You should respect it as much as any...

Maybe envy at being overtaken for the "hardness/pressure" mantle you once had. With a side of offended over 2013's PF utter destroyance.

Not sure how anyone can pick a winner with the way the season is going lol i can't pick a top 4 right now.
Yeah but you can tip a top 1 pretty easily.

It will be Fremantle. They are 2 games clear and that could actually increase over the next 5 weeks. The only consistent team and reliable results based on expectation and output vs draw.

- GWS is skewed because the draw and 2 upsets.
- Collingwood is skewed because the draw and youth energy that wont last.
- Hawthorn is skewed because the draw and injury and poor effort (they may not have the strength to front up to 4 GF in a row, remember brisbane fell short even after making it)
- Port is skewed because running is so far down on 2013/14.

Literally 4-5 weeks ago, we were talking about how no team would even come close to Hawthorn this year. Settle down.

Whats your point... that the conventional wisdom with one game played has become wrong -- therefor so is the non-conventional wisdom that freo are a shoe-in based on ACTUAL evidence to this very latest week??

Right :drunk:

If Fyfe gets injured they arent even top 4

Played 2 games away against the cats and demons

People creaming themselves early

Mate, you're comments are tiresome. Get a clue.

Do we have to do this dance right now? It's frickin May!
No, we are not immune to lots of injuries. No, we haven't played top teams at home yet. No, we haven't put 4 quarters together yet.

Yes, we're going along alright. Woopdy doo!

Just for once I'd like to hear a coach say, in May, "we've got one hand on the trophy" or some such. The entire footy community would melt down.

April premiers. Heavily reliant on an aging list, can they continue this form over a long season?

This topsy-turvy season seems to represent their best and possibly last chance for a while.

You'd back them to finish top 2 though, barring some catastrophic injuries. From there they have potentially two home finals.

Especially when Fremantle hasn't even played Hawthorn yet and won't until Round 15 and played both Sydney and Port Adelaide at home. What a piss easy draw.

I can't wait to have a crack at them again with at least one match fit ruck no matter where it is (Ryder didn't play during the pre-season), let alone both Lobbe and Ryder. This premature speculation is quite amusing.

Compared to whose draw? Your team? You played Sydney at home and got destroyed. And also played Hawthorn at home.

How did your full strength team do against West Coast at home, a team missing its two best defenders, key midfielders and second tall forward?
