There was a rumour he was given negative review at the end of 2018 and the club wasn't happy with his fitness/training standards. I'm not sure if this rumour was ever confirmed at the time though.

Playing the non statistical role

Charlie plays with too much anger and aggression.

He has no balance in his game, he was arguably a better player at the Suns.

Built like Tarzan, plays like Jane. He goes to ground very easy. Pushing and shoving doesn't make him aggressive.
