i don't think the earth is flat... algorithms obviously recommend all sorts of shit, who cares, we all waste time in dumb ways. i created a thread on a conspiracy board to discuss a conspiracy. :0

There are reasons for these indirect flights such as cabotage rules and basic economics. A handful of direct southern hemisphere only routes exist. It's simply a supply and demand issue why there aren't more. I think a few of the examples in that link may have since been nuked by covid.

I thought the earth was flat? And the sun and moon just circled around, over the earth? How can the sun rise? You've spent years telling us the sun only appeared to rise via 'tricks of perspective'.
And how can it rise THROUGH the earth? Is there a giant slot like a toaster set to 'pop-up' the sun every morning?
Just when I'd finally accepted the earth was flat - i"m all confused again. Oh well, time to some more detailed research on Instagram and Tik Tok.

If the Earth is flat and is in a locked in system, why are there seasons and temperature variations.
I mean, it’s winter here and it’s over 30 degrees.
How does a locked in system account for this temperature variation?
Alternatively, a meteorologist can easily explain this, however, it relies on phenomena that can’t exist in a flat system.

I am pretty much convinced that flat earthers, especially the ones who produce plenty of internet content, don't actually believe in flat earth and they are in cahoots with the guys who produce content calling them out as drongos and they all get views
