They were a Plugger Point away from a GF in '96 and slipped to 13-14th in 97' could happen again but i think bout 8-10

Most likely and that is why I picked 10th. But as our main rivals I keep a beady eye on them, and I feel their position this year was not their true one
They are supposed to have been poorly coached/motivated/developed in recent years. If that was true, and Neil Craig is the messiah the SA media says, they could be a more dangerous opponent in 2005.
Add to that the possibility of some other mid-range teams dropping back and I feel they could get a real lift. West Coast is another that could get right up there if luck falls their way.
Lots of 'ifs' I know. If I had to bet my house I'd stick with 10th.

What makes you think the Saints will win it, they haven't been able too in the last 40 years. Brisbane will win it easily even after Demie and co make them play their "home" prelim. final in Perth and allow only for three days rest.
