Um…. I am a bit late because I genuinely didn’t know that RVN has signed on with Leicester City. :(
People (me) were a bit premature with the announcement, signing wasn’t confirmed when it was posted

It’d be lucky if he stays on seeing as he just watched us get pumped by Brentford at the weekend

It’s all worked out well for him. Becoming a manager in the PL will always beat being an assistant coach even at a big club. I hope he does well.

Lopetegui's voice in the media doing all he can.

He's not far wrong, you did dominate that game, but that isn't enough to save a manager, ironically ETH against you guys was sacked in a similar position.

Yeah it's exactly the same really.

Players don't look motivated / happy, defensively you have the fullbacks being too high up the pitch, and the CB's don't work well together.

A change should be made now, my worry is, Sullivan doesn't want to pay out the whole coaching staff and will wait until the new year minimum, and we'll be dragged into a relegation fight then.

It's what we've been battling with the last month (read: season) decent/ok performances but shocking results and at some stage the owner has to accept that results are what matter.

Art Vandelay_ would have something better to say I'm sure. ;)
The face of a man whose just crunched the numbers in his head and realised last quarter's dildo and BDSM sales will cover the severance payout.

Not being smart but why? Has a far less resume than Walter
His style of play as well as his clear man management ability is a huge step up. Ironically we played them in pre season and Reading won and Walter had a complete meltdown.

I also wouldn't say his resume is less than walters because how can you be less than nothing.

Latest update from an ITK.

No decsion as yet but highly likely he is gone probably Friday maybe Thursday its more a case of sounding out successor.

tim wants him out.
Fallen out with Fullkrug, Areola, Todibo and Kudus.

Tim is anti Terzic and wants the Dane Hjulmand. Also keen on Concecaio. Worryingly Sarri might be an option. Also worrying Sullivan really like Steve Cooper.

carrick very keen and has support from someone (maybe Noble my guess?)

Firing all the back room staff so quick will be expensive

Give me Michael Carrick out of all of the above. If it's Steve Cooper, there'll be a mutiny.

Would be such a shame if Carrick left Boro.

Apparently Sullivan only wants to give a manager a 6 month deal and won't pay compensation, which is just completely stupid and why Lopetegui has stayed.

I think in that scenario, Potter would be the best we could do.

But you spend over 100M quid on players, and give the managers job to your favorite agent's client, you end up in this situation really.

God help you if it's Cooper.

As there should be.

Think Cooper's future will end up being in lower divisions.

After the success he had with Forest I don't see that being the case. He'll be one of the new Allardyce/Pardew/Dyche.
