He crashed his car into a tree, was penalised by wet toast for drinking alcohol on the same night. Wether there was a DUI involved, either he wasn’t tested or egirls are keeping it to themselves.
How odd - something like that you’d expect to be more widely reported

he had me giggling on Sat morning on 6PR with Karl. Got called on his hatred for Freo by call/text ins. Said he and Hardie were just a counter voice to the spin coming out of the club
Weeks previously - Haggers: "needs to be some big changes down at Freo". Freo sacks/parts way with Bond. Bond has nice things to say about Ross. Cerra re-signs - says nice things about Ross.
Haggers Saturday - (to paraphrase) some serious issues down at Freo. Now Bond has left, Neale wants out. Bond only said nice things because of the large pay out he got and the confidentiality agreement he signed. Cerra only said nice things because of the "massive" deal they gave him.
Spin eh? Freo seem to keep well away from the media. Only announce something when an actual change has taken place. Haggers did not mention the $$ of this Bond payout or Cerra's contract probably because he has absolutely no idea and this is just made up to suit his argument when called on the Freo hate. What a joker.

I am fairly sure the two year contracts 1st round picks get are fixed, he may be getting $600k in year 3 perhaps - who knows? Definitely not Brad ******* Hardie.
Why does anyone listen to those morons? I couldn't think of anything worse than being trapped in a confined space (eg car) having 6PR on the radio and those two come on. How do you then avoid their stupidity? Is it contagious? Government should enforce a public health warning prior to every time they are on.

Here's a letter I sent to The West this week after they ran a story on Ryan headlined "My Wake-Up Call.....Ryan breaks his silence on the crash that turned his life around':
"I don’t begrudge talented Eagles forward Liam Ryan any success that comes his way – but gee I wish other indigenous players in this town had his media adviser.
Too late for poor Shane Yarran, hounded before he took his own life. But maybe Harley Bennell, whose public record has been way cleaner in recent times than Ryan’s, could benefit. Not having the putdown ‘troubled’ automatically attached to his name in every story would be a start."
I'm still waiting to see it in print....
Now now , Air supply is close to the ultimate in self punishment.
