How can anyone take a guy who doesn't have North finishing in the bottom 4 seriously?
That analysis smacked of someone who doesn't actually watch us play. Also smacks of someone who doesn't realise that the reason we are not particularly young is down to 6 players. Lazy.

That said 15th is not an unreasonable prediction.

I don't think North will finish bottom 4 either.

Agree bottom two is more realistic.

Can’t find the David King interview with Lyon that was apparently shown before the game yesterday. Can anyone help?

God, I hope Fyfe stays fit for most of the year.

“What I loved about Fremantle, is I think Ross Lyon and Freo have been lost for a few years, because Ross has always had a style – they looked like they were back to the way Ross is most comfortable with, they had the forward pressure going, Nathan Fyfe at Centre half-forward, Richo, how exciting was that?” Lloydy asked.

“I’m not sure I’d use the word exciting, that was fearful at times,” Richardson replied.

“Geelong did it with Dangerfield last year, Fyfe’s definitely got that ability.”

How quickly people forget about how dangerous Fyfe was. The media have been saying Fyfe's going to have a "Dusty-like or Danger-like" year this year. Pretty sure Fyfe was dominant before those players were. He's just returning to his rightful number 1 player spot ;)

Scared of Fyfe forward? Didn’t he see Tabs?

I know there is probably some bias as a Freo fan, but IMO Fyfe's best is only matched by Buddy. He can blow you off the park and do it consistently when fully fit. Before injury in 2015 he had like 27 brownlow votes in 11 games (basically best on ground every week). He was on track for 50+ and the media foams over Dusty and Danger last year and they go mid 30s.

If his body can do that for a whole season, he'll win the brownlow by 10 votes and drag us to an extra 3 or 4 wins on top of what the rest of the team deserve.

Danger and Dusty are certified gun players and definitely have longevity on their side when compared to Fyfe though. That said broken legs are pretty much just bad luck.

The snipers are a major concern now.
