Damien Brainless basically accused Hawthorn of cheating, Andy Gowers should have sent his nonsense spoken and written off to the lawyers.
Still, no way you will ever see an apology from him, dumb people are always too simple-minded to see the big picture of their actions.

Not sure that article is entirely fair on Cornes, that was written in the Clarko era, TBH I think he's been pretty patient and accepting of what Hawthorn has been trying to achieve.

Don't think there's a good argument for anyone other than Purple because, if pressed, he will still try to defend it as tanking by using weasely words about what constitutes tanking.

Second worst is clearly Montagna because of how late in the piece he decided to switch up his opinion.

With Kingy I kinda don't care, and with Kane he changed his mind with more information and has been solid on us even through the earlier parts of this season, which is respectable. So those guys aren't close to the worst imo.

People are allowed to be wrong in their opinions about future events. Most people rarely tip 9/9 week to week, let alone projecting well into the future. It's the digging in and defending those opinions once they are proven wrong that demonstrates true idiocy. On that note, this isn't even a contest, and Barrett wins comfortably. Cornes has changed his opinion with new evidence, which is fine.

After he interviewed Mitch last year he completely changed his narrative about the Hawks and said Mitch was so impressive about his vision and how he will implement it. Since then he has been a big fan boy of how we're going about it with the mastermind coach at the helm. He loves Mitch and rightly so.

The fact Sam has been able to turn it around so quickly is why he rates him so highly. He's an opinionated loud mouth but he's mostly been right and owned up where he was wrong.

If you go back 3-4 years I think most posters on this forum were saying the same thing.

Again, huge credit to Mitchell and all involved for turning it around so well so quick.
