What happened? How do you drop a 4th Qtr to Sactown by 13 points?

Defensive melt down, Kings played without Evans/Udrih for the last 10 minutes of the game. Suns 3 points down with 20 seconds left and Nash gave the ball up to Pietrus in the corner who tried to fake, didn't work, so he side stepped and airballed the 3 by about 3 metres

Looking ahead to tomorrow and I don't like any of the 4 games available at the moment.

Will check with interest for the o/u for philly vs NOH and Minny vs Boston.

Thoughts on todays games...

Miami -9 over Charlotte & Charlotte/Miami Under 190 - Hard to go past the Heat here. It seems they are getting a little lazy but Spoelstra said after the game against the Warriors, where they played zero defense in the first half that they've got to cut the lapses out. He is concerned and wants to cut out their bad habits that they've developed against the Warriors, Houston and the Knicks. He would have enforced this and i see the Heat playing tough defence that can see them keep any team to Under 90. Charlotte have seemingly increased the tempo but it doesn't really make them a whole lot better offensively, especially without Wallace. Charlotte can still play defence and don't have quality bigs or a point guard to trouble the Heat, really see them struggling to score here. Charlotte also turn up against winning teams and the Unders are 9 - 1 this year when they play over .500 teams.

Orlando/Golden State Over 211 - Orlando's new roster is built for up tempo offensive explosions. They've increased their paces a fair bit and against the Warriors, this isn't going to change. They aren't the same on defence, think they'll struggle a little to contain the two guards Curry and Ellis. Warriors shoot the three well and i don't see the Magic having the ability to slow them down. On the flip side, the Warriors have no one to control Howard, he should be able to dominate down low, which may see double teams, this opens Orlando's shooters up. Warriors are giving up over 40% from three, this is dangerous against the Magic.

New Orleans/Philadelphia Under 188 & Philadelphia +6 against New Orleans - Sixers held the Hornets to 24 points in the first half in their last meeting which reached the great heights of 88 - 70, now they've got to score 30 points more than that combined score, i don't see it happening when the Sixers play hard against winning teams (Unders 10 - 5) and the Hornets are the Unders specialists. Sixers have played well on this long trip and i'm sure they'll love to end the 8 game road trip going .500. They thrive ATS and also against winning teams going 11 - 3 ATS against them. Don't think they loose much with Iguodala out, they've got nice bench players that can fill his spot. Hornets on the other hand are going for their 3 win in a row, they have done that since November. They've struggled to but wins together, think Sixers may have a shot to cover here.

Denver 1st Quarter over Houston, Denver -6.5 over Houston & Denver/Houston Under 218.5 - Denver are great starters at home, Melo was a little rusty against the Kings but he should have his touch back and they can get off to a good start. Houston aren't overly great and i don't think they can take advantage of the Nuggets somewhat weakness in the front court. Afflalo should be able to keep Martin quiet, i struggle to see the Rockets putting enough scoreboard pressure on the Nuggets who are great at home. Melo should be better after his last outing, i think the Nuggets win easy here and the Rockets may have the Blazers on their mind. Anderson and Martin help the Nuggets defensively too now they are back. They've got them after a one day break at home, i'm sure they'll want to make up for their poor display yesterday. Houston won't be on tired legs though as surprisingly their starters hardly had many minutes yesterday which is a slight worry, maybe they were targeting this game? Think Denver are too good here and the total is too big for a game that just got over 200 at the start of the season. Plus the Unders follows the trend of Sunday/Monday back-to-back teams and the Unders.

Miami/Charlotte Under 190
Orlando/Golden State Over 211
New Orleans/Philadelphia Under 188
Denver 1st Quarter over Houston
Denver/Houston Under 218.5
Denver -6.5 over Houston

Think Wolves and Jazz ATS but waiting for the lines.

Too many short priced favorites tomorrow and I'm pretty hesistant betting totals pre game now...rather wait til in play.

well soho went for miami, orlando and noh so you could just fade the 3 and guarantee yourself a collect.

like 188 as the line for NOH. too high, betting unders.

This is the last game of an 8 game road trip for Philly, they will be waiting to get back home.

Love Philly +6 today they match up well with New Orleans (more athletic) and i think stay real close against a team that has trailed off fast...

so +6 phila and also teaser +11.5 Phila -195.5 total at $1.97:)

also a short range multi $1.62 2 units worth on Miami, Orlando, Jazz.... Wallace out for Bobcats can't see a problem here for heat who will come out quick after the terrible last game start, Orlando too many weapons and Golden State just don't win big games on road vs good teams, and Utah own Detroit.. just hope they put them away early that's all.. as Detroit can be ok if they get a sniff
