With jeans winning flags in 86 & 88 and Joyce snagging 89 and 1991
What was the two word Hawks banner at the 91 Grand Final....?
Slight correction there Griz, Jeans was 86 & 89, Joyce was 88 & 91.
1991 was the first premiership won by any team in a palindromic year
And if you take our 1st premiership year, 1961, and rotate it 180 degrees, it still reads 1961

Not the right answer grizz but granny was right in hindsight
What was the Illness that Alan Jeans had when Alan Joyce took over in 88
Ok Here's another relatively easy one who did Dermie replace in the 1982 final against North
Nods right answerMichael 'Gladys' Moncrieff
Brain dead here, mate. I refuse to google it, I'm trying to work it out in my head. So far I've got this:
> Brereton wore a different number
> There were like 4 or 5 named on the bench
> Moncrieff was the full forward but I think was injured
Something with the brain.
From memory either a tumour had to be cleared or I think bleeding on the brain. Serious enough to ground him for the whole year.
