My biggest gripe is Collingwood should already have been eliminated as they lost or we should get another chance. The top 4 system is majorly flawed. It gives lesser teams a second chance not greater teams.

Any half decent coach would have, at a bare minimum, assigned somebody to accompany Sidebottom for the evening, and provide Grundy with a a bit more of a challenge than Shaun Grigg after 1st choice Nankervis was totally outclassed and ineffective for the bulk of the 1st half.

Collingwood's tackling and pressure was sensational.

Collingwood is a club I can get behind.

They are a battler. A slum club that sticks the finger up, much like a slaughterhouse that sticks the finger up at the establishment.

I remember in the 90's, the days of the Friday night where the King and the Roos owned the roost. I used to go on my own, served a lot of shit amongst the Pie faithfull surrounded outnumbered and abused.

But at the end of the game it was pats on the back and grudging respect.

Nobody has ever done that, before or since, in my experience.

Respect.

They are a working class club......only just a much larger version.

The way Phillips moves and kicks the footy reminds me of Lmac at times.
