2024 mason wood would be handy in our fwd line.

Hahaha your f@*&@&@ kidding me….Joel Selwood stating that it’s the first time in a long time that tigers have been to cat park….checks notes 2017….and the Richo says oh yeah we had a win in 06 that was good but then most of our games after that were then scheduled at the G …
amazing how some clubs avoid this place but we seem to be permanent fixture …for the integrity of the comp of course 😂😂😂

If Reid gets 2 weeks then he'll have time to head home to Victoria and fight off the homesickness
So if and it looks likely Reid and Darcy are gone for rising star….who’s next up ( Colby? George? Others ?)

Can someone remind me again about our rationale in delisting Mason Wood…?

Because he was absolute rubbish for the last couple of seasons with us. Had to leave for his own sake, needed the fresh start.

We always knew he could play, but he was totally cooked in the end with us.

I remember a brief moment before the start of 2022 when I thought we were ahead of the Hawks in terms of rebuilds

Before the start of 2022? Round 3, 2023 for me. We're 2-0 they're 0-2 with a % of 42. We play them in Launceston and I'm confident we win.

We lost. Since then we're going at 1-32 and they've pantsed us twice more since then.

Do youse remember how Mason was actually playing in 2020?

Valid.

But it's indisputable that we cut too hard at the end of 2020. Whilst most of what we cut were balls, Mason had enough to keep around until someone took his spot. Or at least trade for something. Hindsight is 20/20 but kicking him to the curb for nothing was one of a litany of poor list decisions.

Yeah I’ve always felt that cutting mason was a huge mistake.

I agree - would have kept Williams, Pittard, maybe JMac and either Durdin or Maj. But Mase unequivocally needed a fresh start. Tbh he was never the same after the concussion vs Essendon in 2016.

Cats players and crowd complaining when umps award high contact to tigs player….and Stewart gets done for insufficient attempt……awwwww poor things …..better check those earpieces….mustn’t be the correct ones
