Are we sure it’s not Sam Linder from Sandy Dragons? Reckon it must be. He was captain of BGS as well. Only 178cm but great player. Tough as nails. As it stands...I think I've covered off on most players mentioned in the thread so far.

From that list I did last year it looks like Davis and Cappelari have been training with the AFL side from time to time. So you’d assume they are staying.
Hamish Murphy gone to Williamstown and Hodgson gone to Coburg.
Only leave Butler, Hope, Wynd, Hayes and Hannan as unknowns as to whether they are playing with us or not.

We had a list of 49 training with us pre Xmas and that's expected to be trimmed to 30 soon.

He was probably lucky to get drafted. I don’t reckon too many other clubs would have had interest in him. Having said this he did have some decent games at VFL level for BH. If he can stay on the park he could be a great pick up.He is a good footballer, but has had a pretty avg run with injury. Speedy half forward with nice skills. Had a fair few VFl games last year where he kicked multiple goals for box hill.

I just asked a former coach of Hawthorns Jack O’Sullivan and he replied “Different, deep thinker” LOL. He was a recent coach too.We have four of them now.
