Cal Twomey's reporting that Bailey's been offered a new multi-year deal!

DOCKER'S OFFER

FREMANTLE has tabled an offer to Bailey Banfield as the free agent enjoys a career-best season with the Dockers.

Banfield has been offered a multi-year deal to remain at the club, having played 15 games this season and kicked 18 goals.

The versatile forward has become a permanent fixture in Justin Longmuir's side and the new deal would be reward for his consistency in 2024.

Banfield, 26, has played 90 games for the Dockers and qualified as a free agent after previously being delisted by the Dockers in 2020 during the COVID list cuts. – Callum Twomey

I had a gut feeling we would be hearing something today, so have been checking media outlets all day. Thanks for this! :)

Usually when Twomey reports something like that it isn't long until the club follows suit.

Banfield is probably the player that it's been obvious we need to re-sign for months now. There's two or three others that imo have added themselves to that list over the last month as well. Hopefully it's a busy month.

Frick yeah! Take the deal Banners.

Gotta love Banners. His community work and involvment is amazing.Planting trees the other day.And then Robbo,360, has him as his love of the week for his gesture to the young fella in hospital after kicking a goal.
His heart is of enormous size.
I am / will be so glad, that we sign him on for another few years.
A bit like Shaun McManus, the heart and soul of our club.

Had a shocker tonight

Hope he gets back to form against the Hawks
Far from shocker 😉 too much focus on every error he makes, but nothing on the good.. Good lead up kick to treacy... Set up Frederick's goal running back into forward line.. Not sure if that young kick with the swirling breeze was as good as it was

But sure you came in here to let us know
